Project architect Michelle Kriebel spotted some office space built by Bill Malpas reviewed in Dwell Magazine that we thought matched our design notions for 55 Sheridan. When we met Bill, we really liked his style, knowledgeability and enthusiastic references. By the time our permits made their way through SF’s legendary planning dept., Bill and Kevin Birmingham had agreed to join forces. Here’s a shot of them in action solving a sprinkler line routing problem with Joe Miller of TASC Sprinklers.
