With the stucco work and interior painting behind us contractor Bill Malpas produced this schedule showing us moving in some time in September. That’s just three months later than projected on the first formal schedule back in May of ‘06. We’re impressed; looking forward to the finish line.

As we get closer to the finish line, contractor Bill Malpas publishes more frequent updates to the schedule.  This latest schedule shows “final inspection” on August 26.  That’s a month later than the schedule released two months ago.  During that time the builders have struggled with Murphy over both the delivery and the installation of the windows, of which the keen reader will notice there are many.  We’re cautiously optimistic many of these challenges are behind us.  Next up:  demolition of the final section of the old building to make way for the future garden!

Contractor Bill Malpas just released his quarterly update to the Project Master Schedule as of 6-Feb-07. Have a look.  To my amazement (and his credit) the new schedule shows the “Final Inspection” on 24-July, which is actually six days *earlier* than projected on the schedule Bill published last October. Way to go Bill & Kevin! We’re cheering for you!

Having the foundation unknowns behind us and much of the steel in the air, contractor Bill Malpas produced this Project Schedule showing we can move in by June of next year. We have our fingers firmly crossed .
